摘要
分析 ITX 系列铣削动力头主轴结构特点,介绍轴向调整圆螺母的功能及使用方法,提出使用该圆螺母可有效地提高主轴回转精度,减少轴承温升,降低主轴系统制造成本。
This paper analyses features of spindle structure of drive head of ITX series for milling,intro- duces axially regulating performance of round nut and method of efflication,shows rotary precision of spindle may be effectively raised using this round nut.Bearing temperature is reduced,production cost of spindle sys- tem is decreased.
