Study and experiment on the temperature of machined surface in precision milling

摘要 以金刚石铣刀精密铣削铝合金为研究对象,在VICTOR Vcenter-65加工中心上进行精密铣削时已加工表面温度测量的实验。通过对实验数据处理分析,得到已铣削加工表面的温度经验模型。分析结果表明,在精密铣削中,已加工表面的温度与铣削深度、铣削速度以及进给速度有关,影响最大的是铣削深度,其次是铣削速度,影响最小的是进给速度。 Taking precisely milling aluminum alloy by the diamond milling cutter as the research object,the experiment of real-checking processed surface' temperature of precisely milling has been done in the machining center of VICTOR Vcenter-65. By handling the experiment data, the experienced temperature model of processed surface after milling has already been formed. As the result, the temperature of processed surface in precise milling relates to milling depth, milling speed and advancing speed. Milling depth is the biggest to the influence, next is milling speed, and the minimal is advancing speed.
