摘要
作为具有“超国家”性质的区域性国际组织,欧共体在GATT时代就参与了多边贸易体制;WTO成立之后,欧共体与成员国一起成为其中的正式成员,推动了贸易自由化的发展进程。从国际组织法的角度来看,欧共体与WTO虽然具有国际组织的共性,但是它们在诸多方面也存在着明显的区别。
As super-national international organizations, the European Communities took part in the multilateral trading system in GATT times. After the founding of the WTO, the EC and its member states become members of the WTO and promote the development of the free trade. From the perspective of the law of international organizations, the EC and the WTO have much in common, but they still have obvious differences in many aspects.
