摘要
目的:评估肾外伤的诊治效果。方法:回顾分析我院近8年来48例肾外伤的诊治资料。结果:本组非手术治疗36例,手术治疗12例,治愈47例,死亡1例。结论:肾外伤的诊断需要通过临床表现结合影像学检查综合判定。B超和CT对明确肾脏损伤的程度及是否合并伤可提供确实的依据。肾外伤尽量采取保守治疗,手术治疗的原则需最大程度保留肾组织。
Objective： To present an experience of treament of renal trauma. Methods：Forty-eight cases of renal trauma were retrospectively analysed. Results：Surgical managemeat was carried out in 12 patients and the others were treated nonoperatively. One patient died of shock and coexistent injury of other organs, the other 47 were cured. Conclusion：B-US examination and CT scanning should be the most reliable methods in evaluating the extent of the renal trauma and detecting any coexistent injury to abdominal organs. The renal trauma should adopt nonoperative treatment as far as possible. The surgical mangement must reserve lived tissue.
