摘要
目的:回顾分析多发伤中肾损伤的诊断与治疗临床资料,以提高多发伤中肾损伤的诊治水平。方法:对72例多发伤合并肾脏损伤患者行肾损伤影像学检查:B超阳性率93.1%,CT阳性率100%。I级30例,II级11例,III级9例,IV级14例,V级8例。结果:治疗方法:非手术治疗46例(63.9%),手术治疗26例(36.1%),伤肾切除24例,肾修补2例,死亡6例(8.3%)。结论:多发伤的治疗首先是抢救生命体征,及时治疗原发损伤,轻度肾损伤仍以保守治疗为主。
Objective：To analyse retrospectively the diagnosis and treatment of renal injury in multiple trauma,so as to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods：72 cases of multiple trauma accompanied by renal injury were studied retrospectively.Results：46 cases（63.9%） received conservative treatment,24 cases（33.3%） were treated by nephrectomy,2 cases received renal repair and 6 cases （8.3%） died.Conclusion：The treatment of multiple trauma is the first to give emergency treatment of multiple trauma is the first to give emergency treatment for vital signs.The primary trauma must be treated immediately the conservative treatment is still given first place to mild renal injury.
