摘要
目的:探讨助黄汤对小鼠胚泡着床数的干预作用。方法:选用8～10周龄昆明种雌性小鼠,分别给予不同剂量的助黄汤,以及克罗米芬、助黄汤加克罗米芬,灌胃4d,于妊娠第8d处死小鼠,观察平均着床胚泡数,并进行了毒性实验。结果:助黄汤组平均着床胚泡数明显高于克罗米芬组及正常组,且药理毒性实验为阴性。结论:助黄汤能提高小鼠胚泡着床数,可间接反应该药有可能促进卵泡发育,增加排卵数量及卵的受精数目,增强小鼠的生殖功能的作用;且无毒副作用。
Objective： To explore the effect of ＂Zhuhuang Decoction＂ on blastocyst implantation in mice, Methods： Seventy-eight 8- 10-week-old Kunming female mice were randomly assigned to receive different doses of ＂Zhuhuang Decoction＂, clomiphene, and ＂Zhuhuang Decoction＂ combined with clomiphene for four days, then were sacrificed eight days after pregnancy. The number of implanted blastocyst, and the side effect were observed. Results： The number of implanted blastocyst in mice treated with ＂Zhuhuang Decoction＂ was significantly bigger than those treated with clomiphene and in normal group. Side effect of ＂Zhuhuang Decoction＂ was not found in this study. Conclusion ： ＂Zhuhuang Decoction＂ increased blastocyst implantation, which suggests that ＂Zhuhuang Decoction＂ can improve follicular development, promote ovulation and fertilization safely.
