摘要
应用ＥＧＦ于人的Ⅱ度、深Ⅱ度烧伤创面和刃厚供皮区创面，观察其出现上皮组织时间和创面完全愈合时间。结果：用ＥＧＦ的浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面和刃厚供皮区创面比对照创面早愈合３ｄ左右（Ｐ＜０．０５），而用ＥＧＦ的深Ⅱ度烧伤创面与对照创面愈合时间没有明显差异（Ｐ＞０．００５）。
This study was aimed to ev aluate the effects of applying EGF onto the superficial second degree burn wounds and panial-thickness donor sites in the appearance of epidermal cells and the earlier healing time of the burn wounds,in comparision with the control sites of superficial second degree wound and split-thickness donor sites.The results showed that the difference among these cases were statistically significant(P<0.05).Also we noticed there was no effect in the healing bme of deep second degree wounds.
