摘要
民族教育既包括对主体民族的教育,也包括对少数民族的教育,但长期以来我国的民族教育却处于区域失衡状态。为了实现国家的教育振兴,实现民族地区教育的跨越式发展,实现少数民族地区丰富的多元民族文化的传承和发展,我们必须紧随时代,立足民族实际,探讨本土化的民族地区基础教育。

For carrying out a tremendous development of the Basic Education and the multicultural in the multi - ethnic area, we must realize the localization of the Basic Education based on the actual circumstance in the multi - ethnic area.
