摘要
理想接骨板早期应具足够强度以维持骨折端稳定性,以利骨折愈合,而后期又要消除其应力遮挡作用所致的板下骨质疏松,以利骨改建。本研究以镍钛形状记忆合金制成环抱器固定犬股骨于骨折,并与钢板内固定比较,结果示环抱器内固定后所致的板下骨量丧失明显低于钢板(P<0.05~0.01)。环抱器内固定后既达到了早期所需的稳定性,又减轻了钢板内固定后期所致的板下骨质疏松的不足。
It is believed that an ideal plate should provide rigid fixation of bone fragments at the early stage offracture, while in the later stage the rigidity of the plate should be reduced in order to prevent segmental osteo-porosis caused by stress-protecting effect of plate. In this experiment, the authors made sawtooth-arm embracinginternal fixator (SAEF) out of NiTi shape memory alloy. The bilateral femoral diaphyseal fractures of the dogwere plated with a SAEF on one side and with a stainless steel plate on the other side. Bony loss beneath the platewas compared with the SAEF internal fixation method. Results showed that the bony loss beneath the SAEF wassignificantly less than that by stainless steel plate(P<0. 05~0. 01 ). Therefore SAEF method may provide the sta-bility in the early stage of fracture healing, and decrease the osteoporosis beneath the embracing alloy plate in thelater stage.
