摘要
本实验根据骨折内固定的生物大学要求,研制出既有适当强度,又有较低刚度的混杂复合材料接骨板。细胞毒性试验证实其生物相容性良好。动物实验表明,混杂复合材料接骨板能明显地降低固定骨段骨质疏松。
AbstractInternal fixation with plate is a common practicein the management of fracture,but the osteoporosisthat occurs beneath the plate is generally attributed to“stress shielding”,which is produced by the rigid met-al plates. According to biomechanical requirements of-the internal fixation, the hybrid fiber-reinforced com-posite plate possessing an ideal strength and less stiff-ness was developed. Its excellent biocompatibility wascomfirmed by the cellular toxicity test. Animal experi-ment indicated that this hybrid fiber-reinforced com-posite plate can reduce the osteoporosis under the platesignificantly.
