摘要
目的 :筛选淡豆豉提取物降糖作用的有效部位。方法 :先将淡豆豉用 80 %乙醇提取 ,再用石油醚 ,乙酸乙酯 ,正丁醇分别萃取不同的有效部位 ,以四氧嘧啶及链脲佐菌素腹腔注射造成小鼠及大鼠的糖尿病模型 ,观察血糖和血脂的变化。结果 :四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠灌胃给予淡豆豉各提取部位 10天后 ,总提物、乙酸乙酯部分、正丁醇部分小鼠血糖均较模型组小鼠低 ,血清甘油三酯水平亦较模型组小鼠低。链脲佐菌素糖尿病大鼠灌胃给予淡豆豉各提取部位 10天后 ,总提物、乙酸乙酯部分、正丁醇部分大鼠血糖均较模型组大鼠低。结论 :淡豆豉总提物、乙酸乙酯部分、正丁醇部分均有一定的降糖作用 ,其中正丁醇部分更为明显。
Objective: To investigate the active components of fermented soybean extract in reducing blood glucose. Methods: Extracted with 80% ethanol,the fermented soybean were subsequently extracted using skellysolve G, acetic ether and n butyl alcohol respectivly. The diabetes mellitus models were induced by mesoxalyl carbamide in mice and streptozotocin in rat respectivly, and the blood glucose and blood lipid were assayed. Results: Both in mesoxalyl carbamide and streptozotocin model, the boold gulcose levels were reduced after 10 days treatment with total extracts, acetic ether extracts, and n butyl alcohol extracts compared with the model group. So did the serum triglyceride. Conclusion: The total extracts, acetic ether extracts and n butyl alcohol extracts of Fermented Soybean could lower the blood glucose,among them, n butyl alcohol was most effective.
