摘要
对发生断裂的钢棒进行宏观分析、组织分析、断口分析及硬度测试,得出断裂的原因是回火不充分。
A study of the broken bar was introduced by analyzing the macro-face, microstructure and fractography; test on hardness. The result shows that the fracture of the steel bar was attributed to the inadequate temper.
