摘要
弹条进行疲劳试验时发生早期断裂。采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、断口分析、金相检验和能谱分析对弹条断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:弹条疲劳断裂是由于达克罗处理前表面严重锈蚀所产生的表面凹坑所致。
Spring fractured early during fatigue test. The fracture reason was studied by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, racture appearance analysis, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis. The results showed that the fatigue fracture of spring was due to the corrosion dent on the spring appearance before Dacromet treatment.
