摘要
采用呼吸抑制剂测定了结缕草休眠与打破休眠种子在发芽过程中的各个呼吸代谢途径——糖酵解呼吸途径(EMP)、三羧酸循环呼吸途径(TCA)、磷酸戊糖呼吸途径(PPP)的呼吸速率及其占总呼吸速率的比例,结果表明,休眠种子的总呼吸速率显著低于打破休眠种子的总呼吸速率,造成这种差异的原因是磷酸戊糖途径及三羧酸循环途径的呼吸速率低。
It used to be very difficult to establish turf by Zoysiagrass seed because of its strong dormancy. In this study, the metablic control in Zoysiagrass seed during germination was discussed. We analysised the respiratory activities in both dormant and non-dormant Zoysiagrass seed during germination using respiration inhibitor method. It showed that, the respiratory rate of dormant seed was significantly lower than the non-dormant seed. We also noticed that, the difference of respiratory rate between dormant and non-dormant seed was caused by the low rate of pentose phosphate pathway (PPP) and Krebs cycle (TCA) in dormant seed. This was one reason for dormant seed that did not germinate when given suitable conditions.
