摘要
用滴定量热法分别测定了铜离子与六种氨基酸配合物在298.15 K下配位反应的热效应.计算了一级配合反应产物和二级配合反应产物的稳定常数及配位反应热焓,并由此推出反应的吉布斯自由能变化和熵变.讨论了铜离子和氨基酸的结构对配合物稳定性的影响.
The stability constants and thermodynamic functions for complexes of Cu^2+ with six kinds of amino acids according to 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 in proportion have been determined by titration calorimeter at 298.15 K. Both the enthalpy change and the entropy change make a predomainant contribution to the stability of these complexes. The ring in amino acid associated with copper ion helps to enhance the stability of complexes. A study of effects on the stability of the complexes ( 1 : 1 ) and the complexes( 1 : 2) has been discussed.
