摘要
采用自制新型改性剂制备了系列高浓膨润土浆液,并探讨了膨润土浓度、改性剂用量、浆液pH值对产物性能的影响。将自制产物与阳离子聚丙烯酰胺共用于脱墨浆,浆料留着率达到93.2%,滤水时间为48 s,与其他改性产品相比效果更优。
A series of modified bentonite slurry of high solid content were prepared by introducing a novel modifier synthesized in our lab. Furthermore, the impact of processing conditions including the concentration of bentonite, the dosage of modifier, pH value of slurry on the properties of products was also discussed in this paper. As a result, the retention and drainage time of the deinked pulp were 93.2% and 48 seconds respectively as the above mentioned bentonite slurry was applied into pulp with cationic polyacrylamide, which indicated better effects than other modified bentonites.
