摘要
考察了常用油田化学品对混合金属氢氧化物(MMH)/膨润土泥浆流变性的影响,用分光光度法测定了磺甲基酚醛树脂SP等处理剂在MMH、粘土上的吸附,用滴定法测定了粘土与MMH混合前后的亚甲基蓝容量,讨论了各种处理剂在MMH/膨润土泥浆中的稀释机理。实验结果表明,MMH与粘土间形成的凝胶结构强度很低,易被强吸附性物质破坏。
on the basis of experimental rheologic and adsorption data of the MMH/clay drilling fluid treated by ten strongly adsorbing substances,the thinning action of these substances is arranged according to their thinning intensity in the order of FCLS>NPAN>MHP>SP>CPAN> methylene blue>CMC>Na2HPO4>CMS>OP-4 and their thinning mechanizms are discussed comprehensively.It is shown that the structural strength of the gelled MMH/clay fluid is weak.the gel is easily destructed by the test substances adsorbed on clay and/or MMH and thus thinning effects appear.
