法兰为整体拉深的矩形盒成形应力分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了有效预测矩形盒拉深中的成形力和压料力,在拉深试验和有限元数值模拟的基础上,将法兰直边、曲边作为变形整体进行了应力应变分析。给出极限拉深时板坯下料以及拉深力和压料力的近似计算公式,为进一步开展试验、数值模拟和理论解析提供相应的参考资料。 To forcast the deformation force and blank-holder force in rectangular drawing effectively, based on the drawing tests and numerical simulation, the stress and strain were analyzed assuming the flange straight and curve edge as a deformation integrity. The approximate calculation formulas of drawing pressure and blank-holder pressure as well as flat blanking are given under limitational drawing, which provides some references for further drawing test, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.
