摘要
阐述钣料拉深成形有限元模拟的基本理论及关键技术,对非回转对称拉深成形的典型零件—矩形盒进行了成形模拟,分析其材料流动规律和应力应变状态。
Based on the fundamental theory and the key technology of finite element simulation for drawing,the forming of a rectangular case—a typical workpiece of non-rotational symmetry drawing—is simulated.The law of material’s plastic flow and the stress-strain state is analyzed,and the effect on the formability of rectangular case by blank shape is analyzed with emphasis.
