摘要
在分析1985—2003年肉牛产业发展变化的基础上,对吉林省肉牛产业生产及加工环节的规模结构和成本进行了比较分析(与国内牛肉主产省份河南、山东、河北等比较),阐明了吉林省肉牛产业快速发展的主要原因,分析了其发展的优势和潜力,并结合我国牛肉需求的特点,提出了吉林省肉牛产业今后的发展方向应主要定位于国际、国内的中高档牛肉市场。
The development of cattle industry in Jilin province in 1985-2003 is analyzed. The result indieates that cattle industry increased faster than other livestock industries in Jilin and it becomes more imporant in the country＇s cattle industry. Compared with other provinces dominant in beef production （Henan; Shandong; Hebei）, Jilin province has its advantages in rate of cattle scale production, production cost and concentration rate of beef processing industry. These are also important factors of high quality beef production. Based on the conclusion, the paper clarifies the development direction of cattle industry in Jilin province.
