摘要
通过分析不同时代估算模型的特点及其存在的问题,建立了人工神经网络造价估算模型.并详细地介绍了该模型建立的基本原理及学习的BP算法.最后以煤矿井筒工程实际资料为例,应用神经网络估算模型进行了估算.结果表明,该模型估算准确,由于考虑了主材价格变化,因此非常适应于工程造价动态管理.
Characteristics and existing problems of estimation models for different times are described.The model for estimation of building cost by artificial neural network is built,and its basic principle is introduced in details.It is proved by a shaft sinking project as an example that the artificial neural network model is accurate in predicting building cost.Because the model takes the price of timber,steel products and cement into account,the model is very suitable for dynamic management of building cost.
