摘要
张家山汉简《二年律令》中记载的里正、有秩、都官、稗官等职官,澄清了若干自睡虎地秦简出土以来的疑问,纠正了前人若干不正确的看法。
The bamboo text from the Han tomb 247 Zhangjiashan. Jangling is laws practiced in the early days of Han Dynasty.One part of it is revealing the ture features of office about Li Zheng,You Zhi,Du Guana, Bai Guan and corrects previous misunderstanding on the part of some schlars.
