摘要
本文在充分考虑达茂旗草原的当地水资源、草场资源及畜种资源的基础上建立了优化利用各种资源多目标规划模型；研究调控达茂草原牧业发展的正负反馈因果关系回路图的基础上，用系统动态学原理建立了牧业生产系统动态仿真模型。从发展草原牧业总目标出发，将多目标规划模型、系统动态仿真模拟模型按它们在发展牧业生产的作用与相互关系进行了有效的耦合，从而制定出发展达茂草原畜牧业生产宏观调控战略。
The
multiobjective planning model for optimal utilizing resources based onthe existing water, soil
and animal resources,the system dynamics simulation model forcontrolling animal husbandry
development based on the existing positive-negative feed-back action around the animal
husbandry process in the study area were presented in thispaper. Coulpling the two models
maintioned above depending on their actions in the ani-mal husbandry production under the
goals of animal husbandry development and solvingthe models to get the strategies for
developing animal husbandry in the study area。
