摘要
本文应用SD(System Dynamic)法构建了江苏省科技-经济-社会系统模型,模型中详细分析了科技活动对社会经济系统的影响机制,经济系统对科技活动的促进作用,同时考虑了能源、原材料、交通运输等对国民经济的制约和影响及各因素间的相互影响、相互依存的反馈因果关系.在此基础上.利用该模型对江苏省2000年经济系统的发展和科技活动对社会经济的影响进行了仿真分析.根据系统仿真的结果,提出了江苏"科技兴省"战略政策和实施建议.
The SD (system Dynamic) model of science and technology-economy-society of Jinagsu Province is constructed in this paper. This model analysis scientific and technical activities and economic activities as well as the interaction and interdependence between scientific and technical activities and economic activities. Using this model, the system of science and technology-economy-society of Jiangsu Province in 2000 is simulated. Based on the numerical results, this paper proposes the strategic policy of 'Revitalizing Jinangsu Province with science and technology'.
