摘要
对高性能水泥砂浆灌入多孔沥青混凝土复合式路面材料进行了相应的混合料配比设计与性能研究。对沥青混合料和水泥胶浆的各项性能进行试验研究,评估了水泥沥青复合式混凝土的性能。试验结果表明:水泥沥青复合式混凝土为半刚性混凝土,即具有水泥混凝土的刚性也具有沥青混凝土的柔性,以及良好的抗油侵蚀性能和抗火性能。是隧道、十字路口、加油站和停车场等特殊路段铺筑时优选的路面形式。
An experimental investigation was conducted on asphalt Portland cement mixture composites, the hot-mix asphalt with a high air void content filled with high performance cement grout. The performance of the asphalt mixture and cement grout was tested separately in the laboratory, to evaluate the mechanical properties of the asphalt Portland cement concrete composite. The preliminary test results showed that the asphalt Portland cement concrete composite possesses most of the characteristics of both cement and asphalt, namely the stiffness of cement concrete, and the flexibility of asphalt concrete, with better performance of oil and fire resistance. It might be an alternative layer material for special pavement, such as tunnels, crossroads, gas stations, parking lots and so on.
