摘要 随着人民生活水平的提高和对生活质量的追求日益强烈,健康已成为人类最根本的需要。解决温饱问题后,人们又转向如何吃的科学,健康。因此,功能性食品逐渐成为中国食品工业的生力军。功能性食品也称保健功能食品,系指有调节人体生理功能,适宜特定人群食用,不以治疗为目的的一类食品。吸取国内外发展经验及新产品开发的创新思路,我国功能性白酒必将健康发展,并有广阔的市场前景[1]。本文着重从当前保健酒工业存在的问题入手,提出几点建议、意见,仅供行业参考。 With the improvement of people live level and pursue life quality, health becomes the most basic demand of the humans. After solving the problem of food and clothing, people change direction again to how to eat science and health. Therefore, the function food becomes the dint soldier of the Chinese food industry gradually. The function food also calls the health function food, point to regulate the human body physiology function, the feat and edible to the particular crowd, don't take cure as a type of food of the purpose. Absorbing development experience and the creative thinking way of new product development at home and abroad, the function white spirit will develop healthily and has vast market foreground in our country. This text emphasizes on the problem existing in the industry of the health liquor, put forward some suggestion to refer for the profession field.
