运动皮质刺激治疗慢性疼痛的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 运动皮质刺激(motorcotexstimulation,MCS)是上个世纪80年代出现的一种针对慢性顽固性神经性疼痛的治疗方法,因为其对疼痛良好的控制效果而被越来越多的用于临床。迄今其治疗作用的机制仍不清楚,但这些年来在术中电极定位和疗效预测上有了较大的进展。本文就MCS的发展经过和现状作一综述。
