摘要 畸变产物耳声发射(Distotion product otoacoustic emissions DPOAE)是由两个初始纯音诱发的耳蜗反应,它具有良好的频率特性.本实验为了解新生儿畸变产物耳声发射测试的特点及影响因素,用GSI 60 DPOAE对20名新生儿40耳进行DPOAE测试,刺激声选用L_1=L_2=70dBspL等强度初始纯音F_1,F_2,F_1/F_2=1.19,选择2f_1—f_2:点DPOAE值进行幅值测试及计算检出率,绘出DPOAE均值听力图.图中2f_1—f_2点共取8点,结果表明在F_1≤1000时DPOAE检出率很低,而当F_1位于1400—4000时检出率大于90%低频段的DP幅值较低,在F_1位于1000—4000范围内幅值很高.结合文献认为,新生儿低频段DP易受噪声、刺激声强度、受试者的自身代谢活动中耳功能及中耳对耳蜗反应的传输功能的影响,因此认为在用DP进行新生儿听力评估时要考虑这些因素. :Distortion production otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) is evoked by two pure-tone(f1,f2). It is a kind of reflex of cochlear. In order to know effect of different elements on DPOAE of neonates. We used GSI 60 DPOAE to detect the DPOAE of 40 ears of 20 neonates. The results showed when fl was below 1000Hz, the incidence of DPOAE was very lower. Whern the fl was between 1400 and 4000Hz. The incidence was more than 90%. The amplitude of DPOAE was lower within lower frequence area. While f 1 was between 1000 and 4000Hz. The am-plitude was higher. We conside that the DPOAE of neonates were effected easly by noise, stimuli intensity, the function of middle ear and so on. We must pay attention for these elements when we use DPOAE to test the hearing fountion of neonates.
