运用马斯洛的需要层次理论,探椭适合高素质医学人才的激励和指导机制,为当前高校在管理高素质医学生工作中,改进激励策略、完善激励机制、优化管理方法提供理论支持与实践指导.
This paper aims at exploring! the stimulating and guiding mechanism of training high-quality medical talents by using Marlow's Theory of Needs Levels. It is hoped to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving stimulation strategic, perfecting stimulating mechanism and optimizing management methods in the management of high-quality medical students at colleges and universities.
