摘要
海事地理信息系统是在计算机硬件和软件支持下,对空间信息进行存储、查询、分析和输出,并为用户提供决策支持的综合性技术。它能直观地显示重要的统计分析、专题信息,具有强大的辅助分析、决策能力。在介绍了GIS、B/S和C/S结构的技术特点的基础上,探讨了海事地理信息管理系统的结构设计、功能设计和数据库设计,并对系统进行了初步实现。通过对海事地理信息系统的建设,制定海事地理信息标准规范,当前的许多应用系统以及将来要建设的系统都可以而且应该在海事地理信息系统的基础上进行结合、扩展,充分发挥空间地理信息为信息化建设带来的巨大优势。
Marine geographic information system is one of the most important contents of marine information setting. In the paper, the technologic characteristics of GIS and C/S and B/S are introduced, then the structure design, the function design and the database design of the marine geographic information system are discussed. By using the VB and MapX, a primary marine geographic information system is finally been realized.
