摘要
文章运用战略管理中著名的波特五力模型对中国汽车4S店所面临的竞争压力状况进行了全面系统的分析,同时提出了中国汽车4S店取得竞争优势的方法和策略。
This article uses the famous strategy management method,Porter's Five Forces Model,to analysize the situation that China's 4s auto -shop is facing competitive pressure, comprehensively and systematically, Meanwhile, the article also suggests some ways and measures about how to gain advantages in competition.
