摘要
After State Technology Supervision I3urcau of China officially approved Statis tics shifting to First class subject,led by the National Statistical Society of China the scholars majored to cooperate sincerely in Socioeconomic Statistics and Mathematical Statistics began to develop statistics in China. Many scholars ward beneficialsuggestions for it. But .there arc really some viewpoints to be medi tatcd scrionsly,this thesis present some deliberative question aimed at papers writ ten by Qiu Dong and Ma I3aogui published in"Statistical Research"1995.No. 1.
