摘要
目的:探讨综合医院门诊中,影响神经症患者药物依从性的相关因素。方法:评定268例门诊神经症患者的药物治疗依从状况,分别按患者首发和复发、性别、年龄、文化程度和经济收入等因素分组,采用组间及首发和复发间比较,分析上述因素与患者药物治疗依从性的相关性。结果:神经症患者门诊药物治疗依从性与其发病次数、性别、年龄、文化程度、经济收入等因素相关。结论:虽然此单因素分析仅说明了现象,不能揭示本质,但对影响药物治疗依从性的多项因素仍应引起高度重视,采取相应措施提高治疗依从性,降低复发率。
Objective： To study relevant factors in drug compliance of neurotic patients in outpatient. Method： 268 neurotic patients were divided into groups according to their disease occurrence, sex, age, education and income to assess their drug compliance and analyze the effect on drug compliance. Result： The mentioned factors influenced drug com- pliance of neurotic patients in outpatient. Conclusion： The analysis of single factor explains the phenomena only ; however, it cannot show the essence. The factors that influenced the neurotic patients＇compliance should be paid high attention to. It is imoortant to take action to imorove drug compliance and reduce the recrudescence.
