摘要
以田径跳高技术教学过程的量化监控为研究内容,通过一定量化指标的控制,使学生对技术动作的练习更为准确、规范,以便教师更为客观地进行技术评定,使教与学达到动态平衡,形成最佳的教学效果。
Taking quantitative control of Track of Field basic skill teaching as the contents of study, and through certain quantitative index control, the students can have a more accurate and standard practice of the skills and teachers can evaluate the more objectively. Thus teaching and learning can be balanced and the best results can be achieved.
