正极材料LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2的制备及性能 被引量:2

Preparation and characterization of LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2 as cathode material for lithium-ion battery

摘要 以镍、钴、锰的硝酸盐与氢氧化锂为原料,采用共沉淀法制备锂离子蓄电池层状正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2。探讨了以氨水作为络合剂时产物的形貌特征,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)显示此方法制备产物颗粒均匀,粒径大约5!m,振实密度为2.0g/cm3。X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明:产物具有标准的层状"-NaFeO2晶型,为层状嵌锂复合氧化物。电化学测试表明:LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2可逆比容量达140~150mAh/g,体积比容量为313Ah/L。 Layered LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 used as cathode material for Li-ion battery was synthesized by Ni (NO3)2· 6 H2O, Mn-(NO3)2·6H2O, Co(NO3)2·6 H2O and LiOH as raw material. The LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 samples were prepared by mix hydroxide method. SEM show that the samples with NH4OH as a chelating agent are uniform, its particles are about 5 μm, and tap-density is 2.0 g/cm^3. XRD indicate that the material could be indexed by a hexagonal α-NaFeO2 layer structure. Electrochemical measurements show that reversible capacity was 140-150 mAh/g, specific volumetric capacity reached 284-313 Ah/L.
