摘要
阐述了当前光伏技术发展中的几个焦点问题,讨论了开发光伏发电的必要性、光伏技术的发展现状,就光伏技术发展中需要探讨的问题,即提高效率降低成本和组件、方阵、能源系统研制两个方面的若干问题提出了作者的观点.光伏发电与其它能源相比具有独特的优点,对解决能源短缺,防止环境污染意义重大.对光伏发电的研制、试验、生产和应用,国家主管部门应给予优惠政策,加快开发进程.
The necessity of developing PV techniques in terms of power supplying and environment protecting are proposed and the present status of development of PV' techniques are reviewed. The most noticeable focus which public pay attention to and the key problems for improvement of efficiency and decrease of cost in the R & D of PV system are presented. With the unique advantage compared with other electric power generation,the market prospects,and the favourable policy given by government as desired, the progress of PV system on research, demonstration,production,and application will go ahead.
