摘要
本文针对山西化工厂１０ｋＶ补偿电容器不能投入运行的问题，详细分析了谐波对该厂的影响，并提出了改进意见。
The compensating capacitor of 10kV cannot to be thnwn into the electric network in the chemical plant o Shanxi. Is this arlicle, writter analyese the effect of harmonic wave to the chemical plant detailedly and put forward a improved proposal.
