摘要
目前,广泛研究的中压有源电力滤波器(APF)主电路结构有2种:有源无源混合结构和多电平级联结构。在分析这2种结构特点的基础上,提出一种带隔离变压器的级联型多电平逆变器作为APF主电路,采用多载波脉宽调制(PWM)控制,输出由一系列阶梯变换的脉冲方波组成,非常接近正弦波。该电路具有结构简单、直流电压容易控制等特点,仿真试验验证了其可行性。
Main circuits of the middle voltage APF(Aetive Power Fiher) have two types:the passive & active hybrid structure and the cascaded multilevel Structure. Based on the analysis of these struetures,a cascaded multilevel inverter with isolation transformer is presented,which is used as the main circuit of the APF. The multi-carrier PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) control is used. The output voltage is composed of a series of step square waves,being like a sinusoid. It has advantages of simple structure and easy DC-side voltage control. Simulations verify its feasibility.
