前路椎体次全切除Z-plate系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折23例 被引量：2

摘要 随着社会经济的发展，交通伤及工伤意外导致胸、腰椎骨折呈逐年上升趋势。爆裂性骨折往往使碎骨块突向椎管内压迫脊髓和硬膜囊，引起完全或不全瘫痪。后路减压手术常不能获得满意的疗效。笔者自2003年12月至2005年8月采用前路椎体次全切除、脊髓减压、椎间植骨Z—plate系统内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折23例，效果较满意。现报告如下。
