摘要
住院处工作人员行政隶属医务处,保留护士技术职称,因此,住院处护士业务学习的管理具有其特殊性。两年来,根据住院处的特点,加强对业务学习计划、组织与实施的管理,使其符合科室业务发展和护士个人专业发展的要求,取得了较好的效果。
The hospitalization office is administratively subject to the department of medical affaires,but the personnel promotion in professional title follows the system of nursing. Therefore,the management of nurses＇ professional study in hospitalization office has its own special characteristics. According to the special characteristics, we strengthened the management of the project, organization and practice of nurses＇ professional study in the recent two years,which was suitable both to the professional development in hospitalization office and to nurses＇ personal development,and achieved favorable effect.
