摘要
目的减少老年精神科住院患者突发事件的发生.方法回顾性分析2002年7月～2003年6月老年患者住院期间突发事件的原因;自2003年8月逐步加强相应安全管理措施,比较实施安全管理措施前后住院患者突发事件情况.结果实施安全管理前突发事件发生率为3.53%（15/425）,实施后为0.62%（3/486）,差异具有统计学意义（x^2=9.93,P＜0.01）.结论老年精神科护理管理根据科室特点补充并完善各种制度,严格落实,改进病房设置,提高医护人员的服务意识,可以降低患者突发事件的发生率.
Objective To decrease the occurrence of accident in the senile psychiatric department. Methods Retrospective cohort research was conducted to explore the reasons of accident occurred from July 2002 to June 2003, and then compared the incidence rate of accident before and after the practice of safety administration. Result The incidence rate of accident was 3.53% （15/425） and 0.62 % （3/486） before and after safety administration, there was a significant difference between the two groups （x^2 = 9. 93, P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusions According to the special characteristics of senile psychiatric department, safety administration rules and regu- lations should be enhanced to improve nurses＇ service consciousness and reduce the incidence rate of accident.
