摘要
随着人们医疗观念的更新,我国社区卫生服务的发展越来越受到重视,但是在具体发展过程中,仍然存在许多问题,包括投入不足,人才队伍不到位等,本文就如何提高社区卫生服务效率的角度入手,对社区卫生服务的可持续发展提出思考和建议。
With the changing value of medical service utilization, the community health service was more and more highlighted. But it also had many problems such as lacking financing, poor human resource and so on. The article gave some suggestions on how to improve the community health service efficiency and keep it sustainable development.
