摘要
从四个方面论述了检验结果通用的科学基础。(1)检验结果能否准确是结果通用的科学基础;(2)哪些检验结果能达到标准, 哪些结果暂不能达到准确一致;(3)通过正确地溯源能达到检验结果的准确一致;(4)必须保证同一个医院和同一检验科出的检验结果一致。结论:相当一部分检验结果是可以溯源的,结果是可以准确和一致的,卫生部门应力求这些检验结果一致和通用。
The article discussed the scientific fundamental of common using the examination result with four dimensionalities： （1） Whether the results were correct. （2） Which results could be up to the mark, which could not be up to the mark transitorily. （3） The results could be up to nicety and uniformity through correct tracing to the source. （4） Keep the result consistently in the same hospital or the same examination department. The author concluded that most examination results could be traced to the source, nicety and uniformity. Health sector should harmer at the results consistently and used commonly.
