摘要
研究了反应浓度、反应时间、反应温度、丙烯酸的中和度、引发剂的用量以及交联剂的用量对最终产物吸水率的影响,试验表明,最佳反应条件为:w(丙烯酸)=5%,m(引发剂过硫酸钾):m(丙烯酸)质量=1∶125,m(交联剂N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺):m(丙烯酸)=1∶100,中和度为80%,反应温度为75℃,反应时间为2h,产物吸水倍数为750g/g。
This paper studied the affect of reaction concentration, time, temperature, the degree of neutralization of crylic acid.the dosage of solicitation and join reagent to the last production. Based on the experimental results, the best reaction condition was. w(crylic acid) was 5 %, m (potassium persulfate) : m (crylic acid) was 1 : 125, m(N, Nmethyleneacrylamide) :m(crylic acid) was 1 : 100,the degree of neutralization of crylic acid was 80% ,the temperature of reaction was 75℃, the time of reaction was two hours. The absorbent power of last production was 750g/g.
