摘要
采用原位插层聚合法,制备出一种新型的聚丙烯酸/纳米蒙脱土/瓜儿豆胶复合材料,并对制备工艺进行优化.采用X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶-红外吸收光谱(FTIR)对其结构进行表征.结果表明:复合材料的最佳制备配方为丙烯酸质量分数为58%、蒙脱土质量分数为3%、瓜儿豆胶质量分数为11%、中和度为80%,该条件下所制备复合材料的溶解性能达到采油用暂堵剂所需原材料的性能要求.
A novel composite composed of polyacrylic acid,nanomontmorillonite and guar glum was prepared by means of sites intercalary copolymerization,and the preparation process conditions were optimized.The structure of the composite was characterized by using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier infrared absorption spectrum(FTIR).The results showed that the optimal formula of composite was as follows: w(MMT)=3%,w(AA)=58%,w(guar)=11%,neutralization degree for 80%.Under this condition,the solubility of resulting composite could meet the performance requirements of the raw materials for preparing the temporary plugging agent used in oil production.
