摘要
目的观察橄榄解酒饮对大鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的干预效果,探讨其对肝细胞凋亡进程的调节作用。方法采用白酒灌胃造模法,每天连续两次灌胃白酒,每次间隔1h,连续5d后取肝组织切片,检测凋亡细胞指数和Bcl-2蛋白,并与护肝胶囊对照。结果橄榄解酒饮可显著降低凋亡指数、增加Bcl-2蛋白阳性表达,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论橄榄解酒饮通过抑制肝细胞凋亡而减轻肝组织损伤。
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of ＂Ganlan Jiejiu Beverage＂ on acute hepatic injury in the rat and to study preliminary effects on apoptosis index and expressions of Bcl-2.Methods The acute alcoholic hepatic injury model was made by stomach perfusion of spirits for 5 days, and hepatic homogenate on the 5th day was determined, and the results were compared with those of Hugan Capsules. Results ＂Ganlan Jiejiu Beverage＂ could significantly decrease apoptosis index and expressions of Bcl-2 compared with the control group. Conclusion ＂Ganlan Jiejiu Beverage＂ has good drunk-preventing, alcoholism-relieving and liver-protecting actions.
