摘要
和谐校园是和谐社会的有机组成部分,和谐校园的理念是提高高校管理服务水平的理论指导与实践目标的统一。提升管理服务要构建学习型组织,注重以人为本,强化制度设计与实践,从而在高校现实发展的基础上推动高校内部环境的高度和谐以及高校与社会的高度和谐,实现高校的社会职能。
Harmonious campus is the organic part of harmonious soeiey. The ideal of harmonious campus is to improve the unity of theory and practice of college manage sever. To improve the management, we must build up the learning organization, focus on human being and strengthen systematic design and practice, so we can promote the high harmony of the college internal conditions and the harmonious of college and society to realize the social function.
