摘要
目的:探讨乳腺派杰氏病(Paget病)的X线表现及其临床意义。方法:结合临床及病理检查系统分析4例患者经手术证实的乳腺派杰氏病的X线平片。结果:主要X线表现:4例患者中,有乳头乳晕皮肤改变2例(其中乳腺下象限不规则肿块1例);乳头凹陷2例。4例中有2例分别见乳腺弥漫分布的短棒状、分支状钙化和多发细沙粒状钙化,有1例淋巴结转移。结论:虽然乳腺Paget病的X线表现无明显特异性,但X线检查是乳头乳晕湿疹样改变的绝对指征。放射科医生能够认识和掌握派杰氏病的临床特征,对该病的早期诊断意义重大。
Objective：To explore the mammographic appearances in Paget＇s disease of the breast and its significance of mammography. Methods： The clinical, mammographic and pathologic records of 4 patients with proven Paget＇s disease were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed. Results： The main mammography appearances show that： among 4 patients, 2 cases had the skin change of nipple and areola of breast （one case with irregular bump in lower quadrant） and the other 2 case had breast inversion; 2 cases were found the diffused calcification of breast and one case had metastasis of lymph node. Conclusion： Although no specific radiologic signs were found in Paget＇ s disease of the breast, an eczematous appearance of the nipple is a firm indication for mammography. Radiologists should be trained to recognize the clinical features of Paget＇ s disease of the breast.
