73例乳腺派杰氏病临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的 研究分析乳腺派杰氏（Paget′s）病的临床资料、病理特点及影响其预后的因素.方法 对哈尔滨医科大学附属第三医院1979年9月-2011年3月收治的73例病例资料完整的乳腺派杰氏病病例进行回顾性分析.结果 73例乳腺Paget′s病患者发病年龄在28～78岁之间,其中左侧42例、右侧31例.全组病人中33例接受免疫组化检查,其中29例HER2阳性.患者5年生存率为89.55%.有腋窝下淋巴结转移的Paget′s病患者发生远处转移的风险是无腋窝淋巴结转移的3.956倍（HR=3.956,95%CI：1.148-13.628）.Paget′s病患者中腋窝淋巴结转移阳性患者死亡风险是阴性患者的20.666倍（HR=20.666,95%CI：2.390-178.736）.结论 乳腺派杰氏病的预后较好,腋窝淋巴结转移阳性减少其无转移生存时间（MFS）,同时也影响其预后生存时间.
