摘要
在实验室条件下对6个苜蓿品种,即肇东苜蓿、公农一号苜蓿、爱开夏苜蓿、淮阴苜蓿、和田苜蓿、准格尔苜蓿的子叶期幼苗的电导率进行了测定,并配以Logistic曲线(Y—K/1+ae^(-bx))求出拐点温度。结果表明:(1)以公农一号苜蓿膜透性最小,淮阴苜蓿膜透性最大,其它4种居中,方差测验表明,品种间差异显著。(2)随着处理时间延长,拐点温度则升高,T_(1h)≈—3.75℃,T_(3h)≈—2.96℃。
The rate of electrical conductivity of seedlings in six alfalfa cultivars(Zhaodong, Gongnongyihao, Aikaixia, Huaiyin, Hetian and Zhunger) were measured and compared under the laboratony conditions. The temperature of the inflection point was obtained by curve of logistic(Y=K/1+ae^(-bx)). The results showed that: (1)The membrane permeability of Gongnongyihao was the lowest, Huaiyin's was the highest, the others were in the between. The difference of membrane permeability among varieties were significant by variance test.(2) The temperature of the inflection point was rised as the treating period increased. For example, T_(1hr). ≈. —3.75℃, T_(2hr). ≈—2.96℃.
